Chimi Week 2018 Menu

Chimi Week is back February 12-18, 2018 at the San Marcos Brewpub! Every Arizona Beer Week we create a custom chimichanga menu with a brand new chimi every day! Don’t forget about our recommended beer pairings as well. Each chimi is $13.25 and is served with house made chipotle refried beans.

Monday 12th
WALKING CHIMI
Chile con carne, fritos, mixed cheese, sour cream.
RECOMMENDED BEER PAIRING:

Tuesday 13th
CHORIZO POTATO
Spicy chorizo, potatoes, queso blanco.
RECOMMENDED BEER PAIRING:
Devil’s Ale

Wednesday 14th
POLLO ADOBADO
Red chile smoked chicken, pineapple rice, onion, cilantro, cotija cheese. Topped with red chile sauce + grilled pineapple pico.

Thursday 15th
SMOKED TURKEY
House smoked turkey, green chile hash. Topped with smoked turkey gravy + lime sour cream.

Friday 16th
CHIPOTLE SHRIMP + BACON
Chipotle shrimp, chipotle bacon, cilantro rice, avocado crema.
RECOMMENDED BEER PAIRING:
HopShock IPA

Saturday 17th
CARNE RELLENO
House marinated carne, fried + cheese stuffed poblano, spanish rice, pico. Topped with chile lime mayo + pickled red onion.

Night of the Living Dead

Sunday 18th
CARNITAS
House roasted carnitas, black bean + corn rice, cilantro crema.
