Ingredients
1.5 oz. Kashmir Spice Gin / .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice / .5 oz. Simple Syrup / 3-4 Basil Leaves / Sprite
Instructions
Build in glass. Muddle basil leaves with simple syrup. Add gin, lemon juice and ice. Top with Sprite. Lightly stir.

1.5 oz. Kashmir Spice Gin / .5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice / .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice / .75 oz. Honey / Ginger Beer
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer over ice. Double strain into a collins glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a dehydrated orange.
