2 oz. Saint Anne's London Dry Gin / .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice / .5 oz. Raspberry Honey Simple Syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Instructions
Stir all ingredients except prosecco over ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel.
