Alexa Mason, Catering Director
Alexa joined the SanTan team with over 12 years of catering experience. She started her catering career in upstate New York expediting an array of events including weddings, major league baseball events and concerts. Alexa’s favorite part of catering is seeing weddings come to life and connecting with couples. She states, “Seeing the happiness of couples on their big day, is so heartwarming and joyful. It is the most satisfying part of my job”

Audra Jackson, Sales & Events Manager
Audra is a native of the Valley and has been a part of the restaurant industry for over 12 years. Working in high-end establishments has given her expertise in food pairings, liquor knowledge, and a client centric focus! Audra will ensure your event is planned perfectly so you can truly enjoy your event with no stress!

Chef Steve
Chef Steve began his career at 15 years old. He has worked in high end restaurants and hotels perfecting his craft. From French cuisine, Mexican flare, to Asian and Fusion, he states he still is learning and growing even after 40+ years!

Chef Corey
Chef Cory started his career as a dishwasher at 15 years old. At 19, he received his Associate Degree in Culinary Arts at Kauai Community College. Chef Cory completed an apprenticeship under the renowned Chef Obadia Ostergaurd, at one of Kauai’s most prestigious restaurants, Gaylord’s at Kilohana. Chef Cory went off to be an Executive Catering Chef for Micheal Montie of La Casa and other restaurants before finding his place at SanTan Catering.
