SanTan sets itself apart with customer service. They agreed to hold onto my keg when I had to reschedule pickup twice due to the pandemic. They called me when they forgot to give me an item in a to-go menu and processed the refund when I was too far to drive back. They have been the most flexible vendor when rescheduling my wedding rehearsal dinner. I really think they are just this customer friendly. And their beer and food are excellent, but that's pretty much a given right? We have enough stress in 2020, I sincerely appreciate SanTan so consistently not adding to it and being a respite from the chaos with a staff that really wants to earn and keep your business.
