Alexa Mason, Catering Director​

Alexa has been working for SanTan for 2.5 years. She joined the team with over 12 years of catering experience. Alexa started her career in upstate New York managing a catering department by expediting an array of events including weddings ,major league baseball events, and concerts. Alexa's favorite part of catering is seeing weddings come to life and connecting with the couples. She states, "Seeing the happiness of couples on their big day, is so heartwarming and joyful. It is the most satisfying part of my job."

Audra Jackson, Sales & Events Manager

Audra is a native of the Valley & has been a part restaurant industry for over 12 years, and food is her PASSION! Working in high-end establishments has given her the expertise of food pairings, liquor knowledge, and a client centric focus! She will ensure your event is planned perfectly so you can truly enjoy your event with no stress!

Chef Steve

Chef Steve began his career at 15 years old. He has worked in high end restaurants and hotels perfecting his craft.  From French cuisine, Mexican flare, to Asian and Fusion, he states he still is learning and growing even after 40+ years!

Chef Nathan

Nathan Tuffly is a seasoned culinary professional with nearly two decades of experience, beginning his journey at age 17 as a dessert cook. Over the years, he worked his way through the ranks- from the intensity of line - cook to large scale catering - developing a reputation for precision, creativity and consistency. 

Today, Nathan serves as the catering chef for SanTan Catering. His culinary journey is always evolving, driven by a passion for exceptional food and unforgettable dining experiences.
